Break the Cycle" – A Men’s Breakfast with Purpose

ree

In a world where silence often masks struggle, men are being called to step forward not just as providers, but as whole, healed, and present fathers, brothers, and friends. That’s why this month’s Men’s Forum Breakfast, themed “Break the Cycle”, is more than just a morning gathering. It’s a movement.

On this day, we gather not just to eat, but to encourage, challenge, and uplift one another. Over the aroma of Nyama Choma, Firifiri, Ugali, and a spread of authentic Kenyan breakfast favourites, we will engage in real talk about the social and emotional barriers many men face often in silence.

This breakfast is a safe space for men to pause, reflect, and confront the cycles we’ve inherited or created be it emotional suppression, broken fatherhood, addiction, or isolation. It’s a space where we don’t have to pretend we’re okay. Instead, we come as we are, and we leave better than we came.

Special Highlight: Meet the New Chairman

This event also marks an important moment for the Men Forum community an opportunity to meet and engage with our newly appointed Chairman. Come hear the vision and contribute to shaping the future of Men Forum together.

Bring the Next Generation Along

Fathers on duty, don’t worry you’re encouraged to bring your sons or daughters (under 15). Let them see what it looks like when men lead with courage, compassion, and community. It's a chance to plant seeds of strength and vulnerability in the hearts of the next generation.
