I'm David Kamande, Chairperson of Kenya Community Victoria. My background spans Social Work & Welfare, IT and Theology, and I bring all three to how I lead. As a devoted family man, I know how much healthy relationships matter. I'm passionate about men's empowerment and community development: creating spaces where men can talk openly, challenge old norms and grow. It's an honour to serve as Chairperson and keep building a KCV where every Kenyan in Victoria has a place.
