Mashujaa Festival EOI

Introduction: This document outlines the terms and conditions (T&C) for submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) to provide food vendor services for the Mashujaa Festival on 19th October 2024.

Eligibility: Applicants must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), Food Handling Certificate, and Public Liability Insurance to be eligible for consideration.

Submission Requirements: EOIs must include a proposed menu with pricing, copies of the ABN, Food Handling Certificate, and proof of Public Liability Insurance. Partnerships are welcome; however, only one EOI should be submitted per partnership.

Deadline: EOIs must be submitted by 23:59 on 15th September 2024. The outcome will be communicated by the 16th. Late submissions will not be accepted or considered. The food trader statement must be made by 19th September as per Council requirements.

Service Scope: Selected food vendors will provide hot and cold beverages, snacks, and hot meals, excluding alcoholic beverages. Limited kitchen facilities will be available at the venue for vendor use.

Selection Process: Only Two successful applicants will be chosen based on the quality, variety, and pricing of their proposed menu, adherence to health and safety standards, and overall value to the event. Kenya Community Victoria Inc. reserves the right to make the final selection.

Notification: Successful applicants will be notified by email or direct communication by 16th September 2024.

Cancellation: Kenya Community Victoria Inc. reserves the right to cancel the EOI process or reject any or all submissions at its discretion.

Amendment: Terms and conditions of this EOI may be amended or updated, and applicants will be notified of any changes.
