Terms and Conditions for the ROP Program

1. Duration: The ROP program spans one year, conducting monthly sessions. 

2. Funding: The program operates on parent funding, requiring a non-refundable registration fee. Details of the registration fee can be found in the program registration materials. 

3. Participant Age Range: Children aged between 10 and 14 are eligible for the ROP program. Proof of age may be required during the registration process. 

4. Session Facilitation: Parents will facilitate sessions, taking turns. Additionally, parents can invite guest speakers from diverse professions to enhance educational outcomes. 

5. Parental Commitment: Parents must fully support their child and other candidates throughout the program's duration. This includes attending sessions, actively participating, and assisting with organizing and coordinating program activities as needed. 

6. Post-Graduation Engagement: Parents are expected to participate in follow-up activities and programs after their child's graduation. The ROP program offers lifelong benefits for graduates, and parent involvement is crucial to maintaining these benefits. 

7. Community Bonding: Parents are encouraged to build connections with other parents to strengthen relationships among program graduates. Building a supportive community is an integral part of the program's mission. 

8. Support for Single Parents: Single parents will receive volunteering support to ensure their child's participation, considering potential gender-related needs. We are committed to accommodating the unique circumstances of single parents to the best of our ability. 

9. Interstate Participation: Parents from different states are encouraged to engage in the program. The ROP program is open to participants from various geographic regions, fostering diversity and inclusivity. 

10. Support: No child should miss the program due to parental resource limitations. The ROP program aims to offer equal opportunities for all willing and prepared children in our community. If you require financial assistance or have any concerns about your ability to participate, please contact our program coordinator, who will work with you to find a solution. 

 

By enrolling your child in the ROP program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The ROP program reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the program schedule and policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to parents in a timely manner. Your commitment to your child's education and the success of the program is appreciated.
