MASHUJAA

The Mashujaa Challenge is an exciting and vibrant KCV Kenyan Community Sports Challenge bringing together Kenyans living in Victoria from various suburbs, including East, South East, North, West, and Geelong & Regional Victoria. This annual event showcases a day full of competition, camaraderie, and celebration of our shared heritage.

The challenge features soccer and athletics as the main highlights, but also offers a variety of fun, interactive physical challenges for participants of all ages—children, teens, and adults alike. Families can expect a mix of engaging activities such as three-legged races, tug of war, and even sack races, designed to encourage participation, laughter, and togetherness.

As a true Kenyan celebration, there will be plenty of Kenyan food, including a BBQ, providing the perfect opportunity for socializing and connecting with fellow Kenyans. This event is all about fostering a sense of unity, embracing our cultural roots, and creating lasting memories as a community. The Mashujaa Challenge is more than a sports event—it's a family gathering that promises lots of fun, interaction, and a true taste of home.
