Internet/Wi-Fi access points for live streaming or communications (if required)
Coordinate all presentation visuals and sponsor slides for MCs and performers.
Manage transitions between different presentations, video clips, sponsor promos, and live camera feeds (if applicable).

  • Real-Time Technical Support
Be available throughout the event to troubleshoot:
    Laptop or screen freeze issues
    Incompatible file formats
    Audio or video sync issues
Connection disruptions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth devices, etc.)
Support live performers or cultural presentations that require multimedia playback (music files, videos, slide backgrounds).

  • Systems Redundancy
Prepare at least one full system backup, including loaded presentation files and event visuals.
If possible, bring spare presentation equipment, including cables, connectors, and a backup laptop.

Technical Requirements

  • All IT equipment brought in must be tagged and tested for electrical safety.

  • Personnel must be experienced in managing live event tech setups under pressure.

  • Must coordinate with the DJ, MCs, videographers, and stage manager for synchronized delivery.

Preferred Add-ons (Optional but Recommended)

  • Support for live streaming setup (YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, etc.) if required by KCV.

  • Support for digital signage or interactive display stations within the venue.

  • Provision of tech support checklist or inventory form for tracking used equipment and access credentials.

Additional Expectations

  • Be on-site 2–3 hours before event start time to conduct system checks.

  • Dress appropriately and maintain a low-profile yet attentive presence during the event.

  • Submit a brief post-event technical report noting any tech issues encountered and recommendations for future improvements.
