We are looking for skilled videographers to capture and craft a compelling visual narrative of Tamaduni Festival 2025. This includes highlight reels, interviews, and social media-ready content that celebrates community and culture.

5. Videography Services
Kenya Community Victoria (KCV) seeks a skilled and creative videography team to capture the story of Tamaduni Festival 2025—from the energy of the performances to the intimacy of community moments. The selected team will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering a cinematic highlight reel that showcases the heart and culture of the festival.
Scope of Work:
Pre-Event Planning
Attend a pre-event briefing with the KCV Media team to review the run sheet, key filming moments, and highlight priorities.
Scout the venue or review the layout to plan optimal camera angles, lighting needs, and movement flow.
Prepare a basic storyboard or shot list that includes major performances, sponsor mentions, interviews, crowd shots, and cultural highlights.Event Day Coverage
Provide a minimum of two high-definition cameras with proper stabilization (e.g., tripods, gimbals).
Use portable lighting equipment to ensure proper coverage in low-light areas, especially for indoor or evening segments.
Film:
Guest arrivals and crowd interactions
All main stage performances and transitions
Vendor stalls, cultural exhibits, and family zones
VIP guest appearances and community leaders
Decor, branding, and behind-the-scenes setup
Conduct short interviews (vox pops or sit-downs) with:
Event organizers and KCV representatives
Performers or vendors
Attendees (to capture public excitement and engagement)Technical Requirements
Audio should be captured clearly using lapel or directional mics where needed.
Footage should be shot in high resolution (1080p or higher).
All electrical gear must be tagged and tested in compliance with safety standards.
Post-Event Deliverables
Highlight Reel:
Edit a 5–10 minute cinematic highlight video that captures the essence, energy, and diversity of the festival.
Include a music soundtrack, voice snippets from interviews, and KCV branding.
Include at least 3 text captions or overlays promoting the festival, KCV, or sponsors.Short-form Clips:
Provide 3–5 short clips (30–60 seconds each) for KCV’s social media use (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
These clips should cover key festival moments, dance highlights, or crowd engagement.Delivery Format:
All final work to be submitted within 2 weeks of the event.
Use Google Drive, Dropbox, or a shared link platform for delivery.
All video content must be watermark-free and licensed for unrestricted use by KCV.
Additional Expectations
Be available and committed for full-day coverage (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
Demonstrate experience in covering large-scale cultural or community events—please include a portfolio or video samples with your EOI.
Be respectful and culturally sensitive when filming—especially around elders, children, or traditional performances.
Work closely with MCs, the photographer, and the event manager to capture all key scheduled and spontaneous moments.
