The power of a great event lies in the memories it creates. We invite professional photographers with an eye for storytelling to document the moments, emotions, and energy of the festival from start to finish.

4. Photography Services
Kenya Community Victoria (KCV) invites experienced professional photographers to document the 3rd Annual Tamaduni Festival 2025. The selected photographer(s) will be responsible for capturing the essence of the event — from candid crowd moments to staged performances, showcasing the spirit, culture, and vibrance of the day.
Scope of Work:
Pre-Event Preparation
Attend a briefing meeting (virtual or physical) with the KCV Events & Media team to align on photography goals, schedules, key moments, and brand guidelines.
Conduct a site visit (if feasible) or review venue layout in advance to plan camera positions and lighting needs.
Prepare and test all equipment, ensuring backup batteries, memory cards, lenses, and lighting are available.Event Day Coverage
Provide comprehensive still photo coverage from setup to pack-down (approx. 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
Set up a minimum of two camera stations: one for wide-stage and audience shots, and one mobile/roaming unit for candid, cultural, and portrait-style moments.
Capture:
Guest arrivals and branded photo moments
Stage performances, speeches, fashion shows, and community presentations
Audience engagement, dancing, vendor stalls, cultural booths, and family activities
VIP guests, performers, staff, and behind-the-scenes highlights
Decor and atmosphere (including signage, food displays, and brand elements)Lighting & Equipment
Bring and utilize portable lighting solutions for indoor or low-light conditions, particularly for evening coverage.
All electrical equipment must be tagged and tested for safety compliance.Cultural Sensitivity
Be mindful of cultural etiquette when photographing individuals, especially children or elderly guests.
Seek consent where appropriate for close-up or posed shots.
Post-Event Deliverables
Deliver 100–150 high-resolution edited images within 1–2 weeks post-event.
Include:
15–20 highlight photos within 72 hours for KCV social media
Full edited photo set via shared drive or link
Optional: A curated folder of sponsor-branded shots, portraits, and crowd reactionsEnsure all images are watermark-free and licensed for KCV’s public use (social, digital, and promotional).
Additional Expectations
Must hold Public Liability Insurance and provide a valid ABN.
Submit a portfolio or sample event album as part of your EOI.
Be punctual, professional, and dressed appropriately for a cultural public event.
Photographer must be available for the full duration of the event, from setup to closing.
